The Hand of Glory

Another project in the works, I always have a dozen or more. I will put this one together as a carnival freak show poster.

I am going to complete this project in color very soon. I have already started.

Memento Mori

Memento Mori, by Ethan Black

I created this for print and for shirts. I hope to also create a series of tarot cards if I can get backing for it. I will also be turning this into a three part series that will include a witch and a burning scarecrow. They will be the October trinity.

Cerberus, by Ethan Black

An illustration I created for my Monster Encyclopedia. I have over one hundred of these illustrated and very little of the writing completed.

Mad Creator

This is only a fragment of a larger art project I am building. Frankenstein is 200 years old this year and I feel the need to commemorate it.

Nature's Fury

Nature's Fury, by Ethan Black

This mask was created with the idea that it represents nature's fury at our transgressions against it. It is a creature/god that punishes humanity.

Krampus Mask

Krampus Mask, by Ethan Black

I still need to add fur, but otherwise, my new Krampus mask is done. I think I may create a full costume and keep this one.

New Horrors

I have started three new monsters, each will be a little under two feet tall. They are off to a good start and I hope you enjoy them.

Necromancy and After Effects

I teach visual effects and in our 101 class we are playing with green screen and particle systems. My Halloween flair always shows when this subject comes up.
