This lovely lady is my idea of what the local legend Spearfinger looks like. She is a monster of Cherokee folklore. A stone skinned hag/ogre creature that roams the mountains of eastern Tennessee and western North Carolina. She may also be a shape shifter. She feeds on livers, especially the livers of children. Her finger is so sharp that it is painless when she extracts it, you are still dead though.
