The Gay Blade of Frito Lay

The last, for now, of our Frito Lay figure inspired illustrations.
The Gay Blade.
Who seems to be an executioner. This type of subject was a common theme in this era of horror.

Cool Ghoul (Reaper)

I drew this Sunday. I was in my storage and found the figure pictured. I only have a few of these, but I plan to draw each one. The reaper was always my favorite as a kid, so I started with him. These figures were produced by Multi Products in the 1960s. I was not alive then, but boy do I love the monster figures from then and all the way into the 90s.

Gustov and the New Jar

I have a brain in a jar named Gustov. (Who doesn't?) During an adventure, this, his once home had a little accident  while we were at Transworld. The jar was broken. Since then, I have tried and tried to find a jar like this one. No luck. So, I have moved him into a more squat jar and now the apparatus at the top doesn't work for it. I am now building a new apparatus and will post my progress soon. I just need a few more parts and a good electrical storm.

My Monster

In honor of the 200th anniversary of Frankenstein, I have created a monster of my own. I used what parts I could find and with a deadline hot on my heels I assembled him in a mad rush.

Evil Mind

Being twisted and very fond of Frankenstein and all kinds of other mad science horror, I have crafted a new beast for this years greatest holiday.

Meet Gustav, my evil brain monster!
He lives in a really big jar that glows with eerie green lights.

His smile is a tad on the creepy side.

The light does not help.
Hope you enjoyed him. Happy Haunting my fiends. Let me know what you think in the comments!

The Skulking Dead

I made this guy to skulk in the shadows, he is very creepy when I come home in the evening.

New Ghost

I created this fine fellow last week, he will be haunting my front yard as the kids brave the night in search of treats. I will have many more images and video of the big night, but it may be a few days after the big day. Happy haunting my fiends!

The Old Days

Way back in my early twenties, not all THAT long ago. I took some photos of my yard haunt and the film came out great. When I look at these images it takes me back.
The smake behind the house was from burning off the garden.

My parents weren't to fond of ole Scratch.

My vampire even gave me the creeps.

I love this picture, the ghost has long fallen to pieces.

Can't wait to make more memories this year.

Scary Face in the Window Trick

This trick has scared a few of my neighbors & it is super easy. All you need is a cheap plastic face from the craft store, some paint and some fishing line. Paint the very blank white face with some features, hang it in a high dark window and watch people freak.

Might be a bit of an improvement.
