Bishop Fish

Bishop Fish is a 16th century Catholic legend of a sea monster who was captured and held by the king of Poland. When it was at last released it made the sign of the cross and blessed the monks whe had set it free.

The Creature from the Black Lagoon

I created this illustration yesterday. It is no secret that i love monsters, and the Creature is in my top ten easy. I have a sea monster themed bathroom and it is mostly the Creature. Only a few others occupy the space so far, but I have plans to add a shelf and that may result in a few more aquatic horrors. The Gill man was designed by Millicent Patrick and is arguably one of the most influential monster designs in cinema. I think the only design more commonly mimicked is the Geiger Alien (xenomorph) design.

This is my favorite of my colectable figures. I don't wanna brag, but it is huge.
